Tour Times

Check-in at our base yard in Hawi is 30 minutes prior to tour times.
Tour consists of 8 ziplines, 1 suspension bridge beside a 60 ft waterfall. Locally prepared snacks. Foods include freshly made banana cake, with fresh local fruit kabobs, trail mix, and macadamia nuts to crack and enjoy. Drinks served will be Aloha Maid juice and water.
Cost- $169.00 + Tax per person
Tours are limited to 10 Guests to ensure personal attention. Approximate tour time is 3 hours. During peak season please make your reservations in advance to assure your space.
We accept Military ID for a Military discount.
We accept Hawaii State ID or Hawaii Drivers License for Kama’aina discount.
We do not accept unaccompanied minors.
All guest will be required to sign a waiver prior to going on tour.

*Anyone allergic to bees must bring their own epipen on tour.
Weight Requirements:
For the safety of our guides and guests, all participants must be between the weight range of 90 – 250 lbs. Those who fall outside the weight range will not be allowed to ride. No refunds will be given to those who book and weigh outside the weight restrictions. A scale will be provided at the base yard during check in.
Physical requirements:
The Zipline course requires a low to moderate degree of physical strength and stamina. Tour is not recommended for people with Heart Conditions, seizures and recent bone/joint injuries. Pregnant women will not be allowed to zipline.
Cancellation/ Weather Policy
Tours go out Rain or Shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather, unless B.I.E.A. Cancels the tour. 48 hour cancellation policy: Any cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a full charge.
What to Bring
Shirts with sleeves (tank tops are not recommended)
Knee length shorts or pants
Jacket to be on the safe side
Closed toe shoes are required (Crocs do not count)
Back pack (we have ones for you to borrow too)
Extra water
Camera and Video cameras
Rain coats are available for rent ($6.00)
